Where reasonably possible, confidential client information is not entered into AI environments in which that information is used to train generally available AI models.
No. Axi Legal is not a law firm and does not perform work that may only be done by a lawyer or notary, such as mandatory court representation. The services consist of practical legal analysis and contract support, professionally validated by an experienced legal counsel.
Not always. For Contract Review, Axi Legal in principle processes personal data as an independent controller. For other engagements, the role depends on the actual processing. Where Axi Legal acts as a processor, appropriate data processing arrangements are put in place before that processing.
Where reasonably possible, Axi Legal does not enter confidential client information into an AI environment in which, under the terms or settings applicable to our account, that information is used to train generally available AI models. Final legal analyses, advice and Deliverables are substantively reviewed by Axi Legal.
A one-off Contract Review covers one contract or a coherent set reviewed as one agreement. The price follows the page tier shown before payment; annexes that form part of the same agreement count. Documents outside the online product scope are not automatically treated as a standard Contract Review.
The standard target turnaround for Contract Review is two business days from the start time defined in the terms. Any Express turnaround is also a target timeframe and the applicable conditions are shown before payment. A deadline is binding only if expressly confirmed in writing.
Yes. You can order a one-off Contract Review directly online: upload your contract, check scope and price, and place the order through the Contract Review tool. Prices start at €199 excl. VAT.
Incomplete online uploads are in principle deleted within 24 hours. For Contract Review, we retain the original contract and supplementary input for up to 12 months after delivery, the final review report for up to 5 years, and order, checkout, contract and acceptance evidence in principle for 7 years after completion. Financial records follow the statutory period, in principle 7 years. Deletion of relevant data may be suspended where necessary for a dispute, investigation or statutory retention obligation.
No. Axi Legal focuses on contract review, risk analysis and practical contract support. For employment disputes, court proceedings, notarial matters, tax-specialist questions or other complex material issues, we advise engaging a lawyer, notary or other specialist.
Yes. With a one-off Contract Review and, where included in the agreed scope, with Business, we provide proposed alternative or additional clause wording where relevant as a practical starting point. A full revision of the source contract is a separate follow-on service.
Do you suspect an error in the report? Email contact@axilegal.com with a short explanation. We will investigate the matter in accordance with Article 18 of our General Terms and Conditions. Questions about points already covered fall within the included clarification round; new facts, documents or topics may fall outside the original scope.
Yes. Axi Legal drafts and reviews employment documents: employment contracts, freelance and service agreements, staff handbooks, confidentiality and non-compete clauses, and standard letters. What falls outside the scope is individual disputes and proceedings: dismissal files, sickness and reintegration cases, employment disputes and collective-bargaining questions. For those we recommend a specialised employment lawyer.
Yes. We help with reviewing and drafting freelance agreements and practical questions about client contractor risk (DBA). We do not provide tax advice. For complex DBA matters we advise additionally engaging a specialist.
Yes. We review SaaS contracts, licence agreements, data usage arrangements and AI-related clauses on liability, data use, model training and output ownership. Because Axi Legal itself uses AI, we pay particular attention to risks often underestimated in this type of contract.
