An experienced legal counsel reviews your full contract for legal and commercial risks. You receive a clear report with a risk assessment, prioritised findings, concrete recommendations per provision and — where a clause should be changed — proposed alternative wording. The goal is not just to flag what the contract says, but to make clear what it means for your business and what to do about it.

We review ordinary business agreements, including SaaS and software contracts, services, supplier and customer contracts, consultancy, distribution and agency agreements, licences, NDAs, data processing agreements and general terms. We also review complex transactions such as M&A, investment documentation or shareholder structures, but those first require a short scope check and a tailored quote.

The price depends on the number of pages: €199 (1–10), €299 (11–20), €399 (21–30), €499 (31–40) and €599 (41–50), each excl. VAT. Contracts over 50 pages receive a scope check or tailored quote. Optional extras are Express Review (+€100) and a 30-minute Review Call (+€95).

Count all pages that form part of the same agreement, including annexes, schedules and appendices. Separate, unrelated agreements are separate reviews. If you select the wrong tier, we confirm this with you before the review.

Axi Legal reviews contracts drafted in Dutch or English. When accepting an assignment, we also consider the governing law and the nature and scope of the requested review to determine whether the contract falls within the standard Contract Review. If additional scoping is required, we will let you know before we start.

As standard, within two business days after we receive your complete document, the required details and your payment. With Express Review (available for contracts up to 30 pages), if received before 12:00 on a business day we deliver by the end of the next business day.

Yes. Included is one round of clarification questions about points already covered in the report, to be submitted within 7 days of delivery. New documents, new topics, a materially revised contract or negotiation are not included.

A live 30-minute call (€95) discussing the findings, priorities, your negotiation position and next steps. The call can be booked within 14 days of delivery and is separate from the included clarification questions.

Yes. Where we recommend changing, adding or replacing a material provision and concrete wording is the right solution, we provide proposed alternative wording — with no maximum number. This is included in the fixed fee.

With Full Contract Revision we actually implement the changes in your agreement: a fully revised, negotiation-ready version with tracked changes, including definitions, cross-references and numbering. This is a separate follow-on service; you receive a fixed-fee quote before we start.

Then we do a Manual Scope Check: we assess whether the contract fits the fixed-fee product and otherwise give you a tailored quote. If you have already paid and it turns out to fall outside standard scope, we do not begin the substantive review and offer an additional quote or a full refund — never additional fees without your consent.

Your document is stored with encryption, is not publicly accessible and is never used to train public AI models. Documents from incomplete orders are deleted automatically. See our privacy policy for details.
