An experienced legal counsel reviews your full contract for legal and commercial risks. You receive a clear report with a risk assessment, prioritised findings, concrete recommendations per provision and — where a clause should be changed — proposed alternative wording. The goal is not just to flag what the contract says, but to make clear what it means for your business and what to do about it.
We review ordinary business agreements, including SaaS and software contracts, services, supplier and customer contracts, consultancy, distribution and agency agreements, licences, NDAs, data processing agreements and general terms. M&A documentation, shareholders' agreements and other shareholder documentation, investment documentation, loans, credit and other financing documentation fall outside the standard online Contract Review and are handled only under a separate written engagement.
The price depends on the number of pages: €199 (1–10), €299 (11–20), €399 (21–30), €499 (31–40) and €599 (41–50), each excl. VAT. Contracts over 50 pages receive a scope check or tailored quote. Optional extras are Express Review (+€100) and a 30-minute Review Call (+€95).
Axi determines the number of pages automatically after you choose your PDF or Word file. Two pages are excluded from the online pricing tier. The price and tier shown and recorded before payment are decisive, except in the case of an obvious error.
The standard online Contract Review is available for contracts drafted in Dutch or English. For Dutch law, the review includes the relevant legal and commercial assessment within the agreed scope. For Belgian law, it is a commercial and contractual review with issue spotting; a formal opinion on mandatory Belgian law or enforceability falls outside the Contract Review. Other legal systems require a separate written engagement.
The standard target turnaround is two business days from the start time under the General Terms: once payment and the complete document with the required information have been received. Any Express turnaround is also a target timeframe; the applicable conditions are shown before payment. A deadline is binding only if expressly confirmed in writing.
Yes. One consolidated round of clarification questions about points already addressed in the report is included and must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. New documents, revised versions, new facts, new topics, negotiations or an extension of scope are not included. This does not limit your right to report a suspected error or shortcoming under Article 18 of the General Terms and Conditions.
A live 30-minute call (€95) discussing the findings, priorities, your negotiation position and next steps. The call can be booked within 14 days of delivery and is separate from the included clarification questions.
Yes. Where we recommend changing, adding or replacing a material provision and concrete wording is the right solution, we provide proposed alternative wording — with no maximum number. This is included in the fixed fee.
With Full Contract Revision we actually implement the changes in your agreement: a fully revised, negotiation-ready version with tracked changes, including definitions, cross-references and numbering. This is a separate follow-on service; you receive a fixed-fee quote before we start.
A Manual Scope Check may be required for documents above the automatic page limit or other questions about the standard product scope. If you have already paid and the order falls outside the scope shown before payment, we do not start the substantive review, may make an adjusted proposal and, if no written agreement is reached, provide a full refund. M&A, shareholder, investment and financing documentation falls outside the standard online Contract Review and is handled only under a separate written engagement.
Your documents are treated confidentially and appropriate technical and organisational security measures are applied. Where reasonably possible, Axi Legal does not enter confidential client information into an AI environment in which, under the applicable account terms or settings, that information is used to train generally available AI models.
